HOPE Via Principal Announcement, February 22, 2021
Dear Via parents, students, and staff:
It is with extreme pleasure that I announce the hire of Ms. Casandra Delgado as the fulltime principal of HOPE Christian School-Via in Racine. Ms. Delgado has been serving as interim principal since December with the departure of previous principal, Katie Lambert. I have been very pleased with Ms. Delgado’s leadership of her staff, her ability to build a strong and welcoming culture within the school, and her management of the daily logistics needed to effectively run a safe and successful school.
Ms. Delgado has served the students and families of HOPE-Via for a number of years as the previous dean of instruction and dean of students. Before that, she was a classroom teacher, so she understands the importance of providing both academic, spiritual, and character-building instruction to students in an atmosphere of love and care.
I hope you will join me in welcoming Ms. Delgado to her new position, and I am sure she will continue her passionate commitment to the HOPE-Via family.
Blessings,
Ellen M Bartling, PhD

HOPE Fortis Principal Announcement, May 25, 2022
I am pleased to announce the hiring of Ms. Takeyla Sirmons as the 2022-23 HOPE Fortis North & South Principal. Ms. Sirmons will serve as the lead administrator at both campuses. Ms. Sirmons has been a member of the HOPE Christian Schools’ staff since 2016 and has shown great passion for educating our students to meet their full potential and a strong commitment to our students, staff, families, and mission.
Ms. Sirmons holds both bachelor's and master’s degrees in education and has extensive experience working with children in the early elementary grades. She was a founding first grade teacher at HOPE Fidelis where she worked directly to build the enrollment of the school as well as lead her first graders to outstanding academic achievement. She created the strategic vision for literacy development for the entire HOPE network when she held the Regional Literacy Lead position. Since 2016, she has been the Dean of Instruction and Culture at HOPE Semper.
We are grateful to God who watched over our scholars and staff at Fortis during the past school year, and we pray that He blesses our new principal with wisdom and unbounding energy.
